- Transcript from last school of attendance
- ISAT Scores or any Standardized Testing Scores

ALL TRANSFERRING STUDENTS:

- WIthdrawal form from last school of attendance
- Withdrawal grades from last school of attendance
- Attendance & Discipline records from last school of attendance

Monday-Thursday 7:30am - 11:00am and 1:00pm - 2:45pm
Friday 7:30am - 11:00am and 1:00pm - 2:15pm
