Alexis is a Boise native and has been dancing most of her life. As a member of the Centennial High School Sweet Liberty Dance team, she won the title of "Miss Idaho Drill Team" and was 1st runner-up for "Miss Dance Dril" in Anaheim, CA. Alexis pursued her dance education at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and moved to Los Angeles where she performed in numerous Industrials and toured with the Wave Revue Cast aboard the Royal Caribbean Cruise line. After returning to Idaho she continued to work in the dance arena. She was the assistant dance team director for the Skyview Blue Angels dance team and lead the Meridian High School Warriorettes team to many victories and even some national honors in her 7 year coaching career. She is currently coaching the dance team at Rocky Mountain High School in Meridian. For the past 4 years, she has directed and taught at Studio C in Nampa. In addition to the many hours she spends with her studio and high school dance students, Alexis shares her passion for quality dance education with her active involvement as President of the Boise Valley Dance Teacher's Association. Alexis lives in Meridian with her great husband Ben and her two boys, Yale & Easton, and is soon to be the mother of her 3rd child.
