Head Varsity Girls Soccer Coach Donal Kaehler

I moved from Madison, Wisconsin, where I coached the Madison West High School Regents Girls Soccer team for 14 years. During that time, we won two State Championships in seven trips to State. Before that, I coached the Madison 56ers SC premier girl's team for 4 years, winning the Nike Triple Crown National U16 title. I also coached the Wisconsin U23 State Champions and two Women's Majors State Championships. I am a past administrator and coach for the Wisconsin ODP program. My high school teams received the NSCAA Team High School Academic Achievement Award in each of the 13 years I have coached at West H.S.

I am the past President of the Wisconsin Soccer Coaches Association and have earned the NSCAA National Coaches Diploma and USSFC license.

I have worked as a Microbiologist, Safety Officer, and Building Manager for McArdle Laboratories for Cancer Research at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and I am a founder of NeoClone Biotechnologies International.

I see soccer as a player's sport that teaches teamwork, creativity, and leadership and can be a valuable part of a player's high school experience. In my coaching, I stress the importance of high standards in academics and personal conduct both on and off the field.
